Spencer works with patents at Boudwin Intellectual Property Law.
A New Jersey native, Spencer attended the Rutgers Law School in Camden, where his studies focused on intellectual property law. During law school, Spencer was a judicial intern in United State District Court of Delaware for the Honorable Gregory M. Sleet, U.S.D.J. in Wilmington, DE. Spencer also received the Dean’s Pro Bono Publico Award for Exceptional Service in law school for his time as a student leader for both the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Project and the Small Claims Court Mediation Project. Prior to law school, Spencer attended Widener University, where he obtained a degree in Biomedical Engineering with minors in Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering.
Before to joining Boudwin Intellectual Property Law, Spencer clerked in the Superior Court of New Jersey for the Honorable Charles W. Dortch, Jr. P.J.F.P. in Camden, NJ.
Spencer enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, watching documentaries, and trying new restaurants. He also enjoys playing golf and cheering for the Eagles, Flyers, Phillies, and Sixers!
